Neidin is an Irish girl living in Canada, where she met Lanny. They fell in love, got a dog and decided to get married in Castle Durrow in Ireland (long story very short). On the lead up to their wedding, our dogs became friends in Instagram (yes our dogs have Instagram accounts :D). Their dog Bosco would have loved to attend the wedding, but logistically it was too complicated to bring him across the water (when can dogs travel as easy as humans??). So Neidin and Lanny decided to make a cardboard cutout of their dog and this moved me to tears because I can completely relate to this and think it was just adorable!
Wedding morning started off in the stunning home of Neidin’s parents that was surrounded by fields of wildflowers. Wildflower theme continued throughout the day as it was one of the inspirations for their Castle Durrow wedding.
After photographing getting ready part in Neidin’s parents home, we headed to the Gortnahoe where Lanny and his groomsmen were chilling in the pub across the road from church. As soon as I entered to the pub, I immediately knew this is an extremely fun crowd to be around for the day! The guys definately wanted to have the craic. That brings me to the moment when we were taking bridal party group shots. Before I was able to finish the “normal” group shots, one of the groomsmen already requested the fun jumping shots. They are absolutely the best jumpers I have ever encountered, so much fun and it was seriously hard to cull down these shots!
